A protective mixture for the manual and automatic GMAW welding of non-alloyed and low-alloy steel, preferably applied to medium-thickness metal sheets.

Enermix M

Characteristics:

- suitable for welding with solid and cored wires

- also suitable for pulsed arc welding

- usable in all positions

-good arc stability

-good penetration

-good appearance of welds.

Enermix BS

Mixtures for the GTAW welding of duplex and super-duplex steel.

Also used for back shielding in the welding of austenitic stainless steel that is not titanium stabilised.

Enermix OX

Protective mixtures for the GMAW welding of stainless steel, preferably using thin sheets.

Compared with Ar/CO₂ mixtures, the spray arc can be achieved using less current.

Characteristics:

- suitable above all for spray arc welding.

-Good arc stability

-good welding speed

-no splashing

- smooth, flat welding line

- lower risk of scoring

-reduced fumes.
