Continuous training is an integral part of SOL Group culture.
Throughout the group training takes place in the field and, where necessary, is itinerant.
All new employees are followed by a company tutor specially charged with looking after their integration into the company through the most suitable methods and timing in each specific case.
Special training courses, held by internal and external instructors, are organised each year by each management unit, according to an annual plan drawn up in close cooperation with personnel management.
